Aaron Brown – Personal Training & Sports Massage Therapy

A little more about me.

I have worked in the fitness industry on off since I was 17 having first qualified as a Fitness Instructor at Henley College. I have now worked as an independent Personal Trainer in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire since 2015, having decided that Personal Training was the route for me over fitness management.

My Personal Training style is a mix of weight training, circuit training, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I am a firm believer in mastering the basics first, then applying more advanced training techniques as you move forward in your fitness journey. I will tailor every personal training plan to suit the individual goals/needs of the client.

I qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2022 and have been an active Massage Therapist Since. I have plans to keep training as a Sports Massage Therapist, as I enjoy helping people with injury rehabilitation, correcting their posture, and helping to reduce future injuries.

I believe in simple nutrition and eating as close to nature as possible. Single ingredient foods, avoiding foods high in chemicals and ingredients I find hard to pronounce. I will always help advise clients on nutrition with the focus on sustainability.

I am a proud father of one, and it is the most rewarding thing in life. Outside of the gym I love going out hiking, climbing the odd mountain, and running a 10k here and then.
